The calm before the healing...

Bringing one’s mind body and spirit into harmony plays a significant role in achieving overall health and wellbeing.

As part of the formal curriculum in universities throughout China, this traditional discipline incorporates rhythmic breathing in concert with fluid, prescribed movements and a calm state of mind.

Qi Gong plays an intriguing role in Zen Buddhism and Daoist philosophy as well as Chinese Martial Arts.

These workshops are a fun, nourishing and inspiring way to improve your energy.
